HB&C Engages with the Arkansas Energy Office

Harcourt Brown and Carey has engaged with the Arkansas Energy Office to assist in the re-design and streamlining of two exciting energy lending products.

The first is a revolving loan product with two programmatic purposes:

  1. To assist commercial and industrial facilities in capital improvements to increase energy performance.
  2. A greentech development and assistance fund to provide capital to businesses with viable green/cleantech business products, and support development of a robust greentech economy in Arkansas.

The second product under development is a revolving loan fund that will utilize an On-bill platform for repayment of insulation, air sealing, and other energy upgrades.  Terms will be tailored to match monthly debt service with modeled energy savings.

Stay tuned for updates.
