The HB&C team recently got together in Hyannis, Massachusetts to brainstorm, bond, and generally chart out our company’s future. Being that HB&C has doubled in size in 2014, going from two employees to four, some time to stop and think about our past, present and future was in order.
In addition to analyzing our strengths and weaknesses, hearing from the team about where we would all like to be in 2-5 years, and figure out how to keep the momentum that HB&C has been gaining, we managed to slip out for a friendly sailing regatta on the harbor.
Well, it’s a good thing we can consult better than we can sail, our wind died out halfway through the race and we ended up motoring back to the harbor for dinner and refreshments, but not before we were treated to a glorious sunset.
Despite our lack of sailing prowess, the team made great use of our time together, and we have some exciting new ideas to work on in the coming months. The future looks bright for HB&C!
